Authentic air-dried salami from Lefkada, naturally matured and made from fresh Greek pork with spicy chili pepper.

Ingredients:
Minced pork, pieces of pork fat, spice blend, garlic, salt, paprika powder, coarsely ground black pepper, chili pepper, dextrose. Stuffed into a natural or artificial casing (salami stick). Antioxidant: sodium erythorbate. Preservatives: sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite.

Allergens:
May contain traces of mustard, celery, and milk.
