A few words about the product
Capers are a perennial plant from the Mediterranean and Middle East, known for their edible fruits (buds), which can be found on many Greek islands. They contain sufficient protein, vitamins A, E, C, and K, as well as many minerals. They are also a powerful source of fiber. They have a special spicy taste, and we at Lagadas farm pickle them with white wine vinegar.
