Green peppers filled with a cheese mixture are a very special appetizer with roots in northern Greece. It is slightly spicy and very flavorful. Spicy peppers help you eat less and feel full longer, while also strengthening the stomach's defenses against infections and increasing the production of gastric juices, which leads to better digestion.

A very flavorful combination of the pepper’s spicy taste and the cool cream cheese.
