All of our olive oils are Extra Virgin olive oils, cold-pressed and without additives, which guarantees an authentic and pure taste experience. Extra Virgin olive oil represents an oil of the highest quality, extracted directly from olives solely through mechanical processes. Regardless of whether it is referred to as cold-pressed oil, first pressing, Extra, or Extra Virgin, these terms refer to the same product. To be classified as cold-pressed, the temperature during production must not exceed 27°C. This oil is an excellent choice to ensure optimal taste and quality.
